‘The Lion of Judah’ is going to The White House!!

A framed reproduction of Latimer Ramsey’s ‘The Lion of Judah’ is to be presented to President Obama and the First Lady on Friday April 5th at The White House Easter Prayer Breakfast.

Accompanying the framed print will be a letter to the The President and First Lady that reads:

“Dear President and Mrs. Obama,

Happy Easter 2013; He is risen! I am praying that the presence of the Living God, the Spirit of the Lion of Judah, His Holy Spirit will be upon you and will be bubbling up and over our land and that all darkness will flee and nothing but His glory, love and truth will remain.

Jesus, is represented in this print as the Lion of Judah, the Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation accompanied this outpouring from heaven. It is being released now to all the world through project7billion.org.

LATIMER RAMSEY TO SHOW AT THE WHITE BUFFALO CHRISTIAN ART GALLERY

There isn’t enough wall space in the world for all the art. Or, at least, that’s what Brock Cravy says. That’s why he’s opening a new art gallery.

“There wasn’t really a place for all Christian artists together here locally in Abilene,” he explained. “There wasn’t a sort of center for them.”

Named after a piece of Native American jewelry bought for the gallery, Brock hopes to expand what people consider Christian art with the White Buffalo.

“Traditionally is images of Jesus, it’s crosses and it’s fishes. But it can be really so much more. Here at the White Buffalo, we want to explore that.”

Giving artists like Jennifer Harmel a chance to get their name out there.

“And I now have an opportunity to be an artist that he’s promoting as well as other artists,” Jennifer said.

But not only will it give artists exposure, Brock plans on promoting his artists through merchandising. We’re talking posters, jewelry, prints, t-shirts and more.

“Some artists don’t think about that, or they don’t know how to go about that,” said Jennifer.

“He’ll be helping other artists expand their market in addition to giving them a place,” said Latimer Ramsey, Prophetic Artist.

For Brock, it’s giving everyone a chance to showcase their talents, and not limit what is considered art.

“I love art, I love artists. I am an artist. I work with visual media, movies, TV. And I didn’t think that qualified as art,” Brock explained. “But we narrowly define it.”

Simply by giving more artists a place on a wall to hang their work.

Prophetic artist Latimer Ramsey has painted beautiful pieces that people could buy to hang up on their wall. For this holiday season, she has taken what were canvases and reduced the art to jewelery.

Just in time for Christmas, Ramsey designed jewelry that has images on both sides and some which can clip to any necklaces.

“I just want to spread the love of God,” says Ramsey.

Indeed she has done that. Having a display in the Mall of Abilene with countless prints, original pieces, and numerous pieces of jewelry made it easier for Ramsey to get her message across.

Now in this time of season, she can can continue her Project 7 Billion movement while adding a little color and inspiration into other people’s lives.

Prophetic Artist Knows How To Make Art Shimmer

Latimer Ramsey knows one or two things about painting from the heart and God. She also knows how to make some things “bling” when it comes to her artwork.

With her recent booth holding her Mighty Art collection at the Mall of Abilene, don’t be surprised to see more than canvases and print work. Just around the corner are displays of necklaces, bracelets, and anything in glimmer.

Ramsey has taken her paintings and made it more portable and easy to carry through her jewelry line. Jewelry includes set pieces where both sides are imaged with paintings. Each set vary from bronze to more “bling”.

Aside from these pieces, are pendants where they can easily attach to any necklace through attaching it or looping through a rope.

All her items is what she says “can make for great holiday shopping.”

Prophetic Artist’s Mission To Spread Love

Latimer Ramsey, an Abilene artist known for her prophetic work is now making it easier for individuals to see the mission behind her creative masterpieces.

For two weeks, a booth is planted in the middle of The Mall of Abilene displaying numerous prints, original paintings, jewelry, and wristbands from the artist herself. It also showcases one of her most popular and meaningful creation, The ‘Lion of Judah’.

Ramsey started a movement known as Project 7 Billion where she hopes to spread the word of God and his love for people by distributing print copies of the ‘Lion of Judah’. This particular work spoke through Ramsey from what she says is a ‘representation of Jesus’.

“He longs for you to notice Him and He wants to walk with you,” proclaims Ramsey.

Through the help of supporters from her church and the booth seen at the mall, she is now inching closer to the vision given to her.

Prophetic Artist Latimer Ramsey Launches Mobile Gallery

New paintings, Project 7-Billion, and a new mobile gallery at the Mall of Abilene, it’s a busy time of year for prophetic artist Latimer Ramsey.

Starting October 1st, Ramsey’s art will be displayed at the Mall of Abilene via a mobile gallery. But that isn’t the only place mall goers will see her art. Various paintings will also be featured hanging throughout the mall from the banisters.

“The thrilling part for me,” adds Ramsey, “is it’s not about me. It’s about Jesus.”

Ramsey hopes the paintings will serve as a method of spreading God’s love through each person who lays eyes on the images.

“God’s word never returns void,” she explains, “and the images that go out that are based on that Word are the same. I don’t think we’ll begin to understand the repercussions.”

The mobile gallery will be closed on Sundays, however customers can stop by every other day of the week to experience the work of Latimer Ramsey and learn more about her efforts with Project 7-Billion.

“It’s centered on project 7-Billion,” Ramsey explains, “which is to take the good news of Jesus to all the world through art and His word.”

From Project 7-Billion themed water bottles Ramsey plans to give away, to copies of the Lion of Judah the mobile gallery will be filled with diverse representations of her artistic expression. The artist also plans on selling a new line of two-sided necklaces, along with other jewelry featuring her famous paintings.

Another cool feature to look forward to at her mobile gallery will be some of her original works of art up for grabs. So why the Mall of Abilene? Ramsey says the mobile gallery is a way for her to help bring the message of Jesus to more people around the Key City.

“When I asked Him what He wanted one day, He wants everyone, all 7 billion people on Earth to know about who He is and that He loves them,” she explains.

Adding, “everyone that comes to the mall and everyone that sees the Lion and tells another one, they are part of the distribution. They become part of Team Mighty.”

The first week to catch Ramsey at the Mall of Abilene will be Monday, October 1st.

Prophetic Artist Releases Original Copies For Sale

If you’re a fan of prophetic artist Latimer Ramsey, you will now be able to get your hands on her original works for sale online. The local artist is also adding a few new pieces to her collection.

“Breakthrough,” one of the newest additions Ramsey painting during her church services focuses on the divine reaching out to Earth.

“We have prayed for years, ‘our Father Your name is Holy, Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven’ and He is breaking through from Heaven to Earth in a fresh way,” says Ramsey.

Ramsey says God is continuing to release creative energy across the Earth and by releasing the original copies to her paintings, Ramsey hopes to raise more funds for Project7Billion.

It all started with a piece of cardboard and a box of pastels, but what it has created is something even the artist herself couldn’t have imagined until now. We spoke with Latimer Ramsey this morning, to get an inside look at one of her original works that has led to a global movement.

“It’s been really exciting because people are catching the vision of when you get one and you give one,” explains Ramsey, “we’re going to be able to reach all the Earth through project7billion.org.”

In her downtown Abilene studio, Ramsey revealed the original “Lion of Judah,” the inspiration behind the movement. Ramsey says while most people assume the work of art was done with paint brush and acrylics, it was actually created using pastels on a piece of cardboard.

“When I originally drew this,” explains Ramsey, “the Holy Spirit was talking inside my ears telling me the next thing to do. When it was completed, that changed everything for me.”

Ramsey explains how the process of creating the “Lion of Judah” was responsible for an inner transformation in her own work.

“I was an artist who was not doing art,” she says, and I was healed by being obedient to His word.”

Ramsey has continued to leave her individualistic mark on each print of her famous painting, by assigning each copy a number to track the progress to 7 billion copies worldwide.

“There is great value in this,” says Ramsey. “In the art world you do a limited edition that makes the print more valuable, and the lower the number the more valuable the print is.”

But as Ramsey explains, she chose to take a less traditional route with her work. By counting upwards to 7 billion, each owner who buys a copy of the “Lion of Judah” is able to track and always remember the impact they had as an individual with Project 7 Billion.
